When the counter culture musical “Hair” debuted on Broadway in the late 60’s, guess who was
a member of the “tribal rock musical” ensemble? Yep, Oscar winning “Annie Hall” herself!

City and her unique, offbeat charm obviously worked its magic on the producers of this
long-running hit.  It also worked its charm on Woody Allen who, quicker than you can say
“Good Morning Starshine,” cast her in his hit, “Play It Again, Sam,” and a star was born.
This “Hair” souvenir program was signed on the cover by Ms. Keaton almost three decades
after the musical’s debut at a Women In Film luncheon, where she was happy to sign it for
a member.
